I have a potential solution for you, but pretty much every 4-bike rack will have a reduced weight rating when you include that 2-bike add-on so 60 lbs per bike is a tall order. With that being said, we do have the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # HR1400Z which can hold up to 4 heavy bikes weighing in at 50 lbs each. If you can lose another 3 lbs per bike after you remove the battery you'll be able to safely carry all of your bikes.
If you don't have a way to remove that extra 3 lbs then let me know what the year/make/model is of your vehicle and I'll see if there are any other options that we can use to get all 4 bikes on your vehicle.

Regarding the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack. I see it says 50 lbs per bike for 4 bikes. We have two e-bikes that weight 42.5 lbs and two others that weigh 53.5 lbs. These weights are with the batteries removed. That totals to 192 lbs. Does it matter than two of the bikes are more than 50 lbs if the total weight is less than 200 lbs?
