As long as the track the original rollers ride on is wide enough to accommodate the 1-1/16 inch width of the roller assembly, the 3 roller # 37220565 hanger would work great for you.

@Steve It's not something we offer, but a standard closet door track with a 1-1/16 inch inside width is what you'll need. You should be able to find that at your local home center/hardware store with no problem.
