What do I need to get a curt spectrum brake controller installed on a 2022 Jeep gladiator?

To install the Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional - Dash Mount # C51170 first check to see if you have a 7 way plug at the rear of your 2022 Jeep Gladiator. If you do have one you will have a wire harness you can plug the Spectrum into and you can follow the instructions and the video guide I linked to complete installation.

If you do not have a 7 way connection at the rear of your Jeep you can use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7. This will give you the 7 way in the back and the proper wiring up front to install the brake controller.

If you do have factory wires and do not want to hard splice into them you can use the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers - Dual Plug In # C55FR to give you a convenient plug and play wire adapter.
