Question:

Which roof rack for my 2022 Honda Passport? It has the rails along the edges of the roof but I didn't get the factory crossbars because they were ridiculously expensive.

The crossbar kit I'd recommend will depend on how often you'll use them, and whether or not you'll leave them in place on the roof for long periods of time when they're not being used.

If you won't use them frequently and won't leave them on the roof for months on end, the inexpensive Malone AirFlow 2 crossbar kit, part # MPG216 is what I'd recommend. The AirFlow 2 is an excellent product for its price, but in my opinion, it won't stand up to years of hard use.

If the crossbars will see extensive use, I'd go with the more rugged Thule Evo Raised Rail Aero option, which would consist of these parts:

• Thule 53 inch WingBar Evo crossbars, in silver as part # TH711400 or black as part # TH711420
• Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 which will connect the crossbars to your roof rails

The Thule option is certainly more expensive, but you'll get many years of use out of it.
