First you will need the Equalizer Weight-Dist Shank # EQ44FR. This shank is capable of a 12", 10-3/4", 9-1/2" or 8-1/4" drop.
To select the proper weight distribution system to work with this you will need to find the tongue weight and total weight of the trailer. For a trailer with a tongue weight of 200-600lbs and maximum trailer weight of 6,000lbs or under the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ37061ET will be the hitch you need. This system will include a 2" hitch ball that will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install. If your trailer uses a 2-5/16" ball you will need the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100.
For a trailer with a tongue weight of 600-1000lbs and a maximum weight of 10,000lbs or under you will need the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ37101ET. This system will include a 2-5/16" hitch ball and you will also need the 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the ball.
