Question:
Hello, I have a lifted Chevy truck with the top of the hitch sitting at 26 inches from the ground and I want to tow a travel trailer that sits at 16 inches from the ground, I am using the equalizer sway control with round bars, should I buy the 12 inch or 9 inch extension?

Hello Todd, thanks for reaching out. The 9" extension won't be quite enough, so I definitely recommend going with the 12" extension. You may not need the whole 12", but you will have enough adjustability with the shank to get your trailer nice and level. The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank # EQ34FR you were looking at is for a 2-1/2" hitch receiver. We also have it for a 2" receiver, part # EQ44FR, if that is what you need.
