I am getting a new 2022 Chevrolet Colorado and I am looking for a hitch, 4-way wiring harness, and ball mount so I can tow a small trailer.

I would be happy to help you set your 2022 Chevrolet Colorado up for towing your small trailer. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13176. This is a custom fit hitch that bolts to your Colorado's frame with included hardware. The powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant. I have attached a picture and an installation video so you can see the final product and the install process.

For your wiring harness you will need the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring - Vehicle End item # HM40975-11998. This is a custom wiring harness that plugs directly into an existing port at the rear of your Colorado. It provides both a 7-way and 4-flat connector. I have attach a picture showing the 4-flat connector.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
