Yes, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Stainless Steel - 5,200 lbs to 6,000 lbs # K2R526S can be used to replace your current TDE46247 rotors. From what I have found, the TDE46247 is a 12" rotor for a 6,000 lb axle and has a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. This matches the # K2R526S so you will be able to use these without a problem.
