Can The Roadmaster Base Plate Kits Be Used With the Ready Brute Elite II Tow Bar System?

I’m thinking about using the Ready Brute Elite II Will this work a 2018 Newman Baystar Spart 3124 towing a 2017 Chevy Spark with manual trans My owners manual does not say you need to remove the negative battery cable? Please advise

Yes, the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit(EZ4) # RM-523185-4 for your 2017 Chevrolet Spark is compatible with the Ready Brute Elite II tow bars.
I recommend using the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit(EZ5) # RM-523185-5 so that you will not need to have a Crossbar # 910021-00 on the front of your Spark.
You are correct that your Spark does not require the battery to be disconnected when being flat towed.
