Will this wiring harness work with the controller part number 13398-DO. I have a 2019 RV Coachman Freelander?

Yes, the Lippert Replacement Motor Harness # LC229755 (20') is the correct wiring harness for the Lippert Replacement Controller for In-Wall Slide-Out # LC211852 (this is the 13398-DO). The # LC238991 is also available if you need 25' instead of 20'.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
