The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs part # AL88215 which are a fit for a 2001 Ford F-250 install on top of the leaf springs so it all comes down to how the lift kit works. If it uses a block under the leaf springs then the distance between the springs and frame won't change so you won't need a spacer but if it features any sort of lift shackle the distance will change and you'd need a spacer
I have attached all lift options below but you'll need to review the lift kit before purchase.
