I am happy to report that the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade # TLA7200 does not require drilling on your 2022 Ford F-250 super duty. I went ahead and attached a photo of from the instructional manual for you to check out.

It is important to note that you will need to have the factory-installed upper overload bump stop bracket in order for the StableLoad to install and function properly.
