I need a rear axle kit to reduce sway from my camper. truck is 4WD. don't want air bags.

The TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade Kit # TLA7200 works on both 2WD and 4WD versions of the 2019 F-350 that has a factory leaf spring suspension and an upper overload spring.

These rubber block springs replace the truck's factory bump stop pads and they will reduce your body roll and sway from the camper's high center of gravity by pre-loading your overload springs. If you also tow they will help keep the truck level when the trailer tongue weight is applied to your hitch.
