Will the Curt C13043 Tow Hitch receiver fit a 2022 Lexus GX460?

Yup! The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13043 is confirmed to fit your 2022 Lexus GX 460. We actually have a review from a neighbor who installed this on their 2022 GX 460 and they said you may need to lower the tire for the installation.
We haven't had the opportunity to install this hitch on a newer model, but I'm linking our install video on a 2016 GX 460 for you to reference.
