The best hitch option for you 2022 Hyundai Kona Electric to carry a bike rack is going to be the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT52GR which is a confirmed fit for the Electric Kona. This hitch has a bolt-on, no-drill installation and will be a Class 3 hitch with a 2" hitch receiver.

The bike rack that I would recommend that will work with both that hitch and your 55 lb. E-bike is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202. This bike rack is compatible with the class 3, 2" hitch recommended above and can handle up to 65 lbs. per bike. So, it will handle your 55 lb. e-bike with no problem.

You're welcome, glad that I could help. I have another bike rack that will work for you, the tricky part comes from needing it to support the 55 lb. e-bike. A more economical bike rack that will still be compatible with your 55 lb. e-bike and the Class I, 1-1/4" hitch is the Inno Tire Hold 1 Bike Platform Rack # INH110. This rack can handle one bike up to 60 lbs. so it will still be able to handle your 55 lb. e-bike.
