The most hidden hitch we offer for your 2022 Subaru Crosstrek is the etrailer part # e98912 which only has the hitch opening hanging below the rear bumper. This helps make it less visible as well as helps with ground clearance. I attached a picture of what it looks like installed for you to check out as well.
If you need trailer wiring too the # 118467 is the easiest to install and most reliable.
