There were no changes from the 2022 to 2023 model year so yes both the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13382 and the etrailer hitch item # e98912 will fit the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek.

These hitches are identical. They are both custom fit and bolt to your Subaru with included hardware. I recommend the etrailer hitch item # e98912 over the Curt. The etrailer hitch has a matte black finish which offers superior rust protection but the main advantage of it is that it blends in better beneath your car. It will also save you a few dollars.

If you plan on towing a trailer you will also need a wiring harness item # 118467 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
