Replacement Bearings, Races, Grease Seals, Caps For a 2020 Grand Design 150 Series 260D 5TH Wheel

Question:

I have a 2020 Grand Design 150 series 260RD with the dual 4400 Lb. axel. I am trying to find the numbers for the bearing replacement kit or individual numbers to cross reference. Will the kit for the 3500 Lb axel fit mine? I want to order the seals, races, bearings inner\outer and anything else needed for all 4 wheels but can not seem to get a definite answer on the correct numbers.

We do have all the parts you will need but at this time we do not have a kit that contains all the correct bearings for your 2020 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 260RD 5th wheel. I will list the quantity needed for your 4 hubs as some contain multiple parts.

Inner Bearing # L68149 QTY: 4
Inner Race # L68111 QTY: 4
Outer Bearing # LM67048 QTY: 4
Outer Race # LM67010 QTY: 4
Grease Seals # RG06-050 QTY: 2
Grease Cap # TRDC-233 QTY: 4 if they need replaced.
Bearing Buddys # BB2328SS QTY: 2 If you wish to be able to add grease to hub without removing grease cap.
Cotter Pin # 165649 QTY: 4

We do have the Seal Puller # PTW1219, Race Install Tool # PTW83020, and Bearing Packer # ALL647646 that will make replacing the parts easier. I recommend using LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 as this is designed for high wear applications.
