I have a great transporting solution for you. I did some research on your Emojo Caddy Pro E-Trike, and we unfortunately do not have an option for this trike that will support the 90-pound (with battery) weight and allow you to mount your other e-bike. However, the best option to transport the Emojo Caddy along with your other e-bike is the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer - 7-1/2' Long # K2MMT5X7. The great thing about the Detail K2 Mighty trailer is that you can use the gate as a ramp when lowered. This makes for easy loading.
According to my available specs, the width of the Emojo Caddy is 29.8 inches wide. If you factor in that width into the 52-inch width of the Mighty trailer, you will have 22.2 inches to fit your e-bike in the trailer with it, which will be plenty of room (you may have to adjust your handlebars). As far as accessories you need for securing the trike and the e-bike, I recommend the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock w/ Hardware - 6-1/2" Wide Tires # TWSPWC3BT. This chock comes with hardware specifically designed to install into a metal floor. For securing straps, I recommend 2 sets of the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases - 2" x 6' # 34414. For the coupler, I recommend the ball mount and 2 inch ball # DT49MR.
In addition you will need a hitch receiver and a wiring harness for the brake light functions of the trailer. In order to determine the correct parts you need, please respond to this answer with the year/make/model of your vehicle, and I will be happy to recommend you the best parts.
