What size leaf spring do I need for a 2012 Forest river Salem? It has 3500# axels and 26 springs 1.75 wide 4 leaf on it. Thamks

The size of the leaf spring you will want for your 2012 Forest River Salem is the 26" long and the 1-3/4" wide. The weight capacity can vary a little, although you don't want to go below the 3500 lbs.

The leaf springs you will want, keeping your sizes in mind, is the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,500-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e27SR. These springs have the 26" length and 1-3/4" width that you need and although it has an axle capacity of 4,000 lbs. that will still fit on your Forest River Salem.

Our recommendation is to change all 4 springs at the same time, but you will definitely need to replace the pair of leaf springs on the same axle at the same time.
