Disc Brake Kit and Lines to Use with Titan Electric-Hydraulic Actuator

Published 11/18/2021

Question:

I have an RV with 12X2 drum brakes on 5200 lb axles. It has 5 bolt brake flanges. I have decided on a kitinch consisting of K2H526DKG hub/rotor, brake-rite T4834100 Actuator and a T4830000 brake line kit. Are these items compatible and in stock? Do I need anything else besides the bearings and seals? Also, how does the actuator mount? Do I need a bracket?

All of the parts you mentioned are compatible with each other and would work great on a 5,200 lb trailer axle like what you have that has 5 bolt mounting flanges. The Hydrastar Actuator part # HBA16 is designed for disc brake kits like the # K2HR526DKG, which also works great with the brake line kit part # T4830000. Now that said the actuator part number you just mentioned is just the actuator so if you needed the complete kit with the wiring, mount hardware, and breakaway you'd want the part # T4813102.

All you'd need in addition to this is the bearings that you mentioned as well # 25580 and # 15123.
