I have a 1996 Shorelander trailer with Dico 15638 brake drums. Will the Titan T4423400 and T4423500 brake assemblies work in these drums? I believe Titan and Dico are the same company?

Your Dico brake assemblies are 10 inch by 2-1/4 inch so the part # T4423400 and # T4423500 would both work as replacements.
There is quite a bit of overlap between Titan and Dico parts.
