To replace your trailer's 10,000lb disc brake actuator I recommend the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Drop, Electric Lockout - Disc - 2-5/16" Ball # T4750620. This corrosion-resistant, surge-type actuator bolts over 3" wide trailer tongue and includes standard, heavy-duty coupler with 3" drop. The electric reverse lockout lets you back up without activating the trailer brakes. We don't currently carry the mounting hardware but the included instruction manual will list the necessary hardware for installation, which you can can get from your local hardware store.
