What is the Mounting Hole Spacing on Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator T4747220

Question:
I am wondering if the two larger holes for the 5/8 in bolts that connect T4747220 onto the trailer are 5 inches apart. That would match the existing pattern on my EZ loader trailer that I am upgrading.

I went out to the warehouse and measured the bolt holes on actuator # T4747220. The 2 larger holes are spaced 5 inches apart on center. I have included a picture showing this and other measurements for you.

How many of the 5 holes need bolts in them for mounting. Is it possible to use only the two holes spaced at 3" or maybe just maybe thise two plus the last one
