Are the mounting bolts included with this coupler?

Install bolts are not included with the Titan Actuator part # T4750620 that you referenced, you will need to get them from a local hardware store. Titan recommends you use 1/2 inch by 4 inch grade 5 or better bolts, nuts, and lock washers.
