How Does Anti-Sway Cradle of Thule Raceway Pro Bike Rack Work

Question:

I have the 3 bike Thule RaceWay Pro. Bikes sway terribly on it! I can’t tell on the picture from the manual how this Anti Sway Cradle works. Does it replace the existing cradle or what? And does this anti sway work for just one bike, or for as many as you have on the Raceway Pro? I’d love to see a photo of it in use.

The replacement anti-sway cradle part # TH8523486001 that you referenced would be an exact replacement for the anti-sway cradle you have on your bike rack currently. It would not be an upgrade. Basically this lines up with the vertical portion of the bike frame below the seat post and then you tighten a strap around it and the bike frame which then works to prevent the bike from moving forward and back. We do not have a picture of it in use at this time.
