I have an option for you, but I spoke to my contact at B&W and he told me they only go back to 2004 for the Ford F-250 fit guide, therefore he was not able to confirm a fit for an installation kit for a B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch on your 1999 Ford F-250.
The option I have for you is the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50082-58. As long as the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel 18K Sliding Hitch is like the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs # BWRVK3270 and fits with industry standard rails, the # RP50082-58 will be what you need.
