Question:

Im going to be purchasing the DM8550034 Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 18,000 lbs. Will this rail kit work for that hitch? Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit RP50082-58 I have a 99 F250 SuperDuty shortbed and looking for rail kit without having to drill into the frame. Thanks,

Yes, the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034 that you referenced will fit industry standard fifth wheel rails like the what come with the # RP50082-58 that you referenced so the two would work well together.

The # RP50082-58 is the correct custom install fifth wheel rail kit for your 1999 Ford F-250 Short Bed so it would work well for you in that regard too. This is a no-drill kit also.
