I need a hitch and weight distribution system recommendation for my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. I have looked at and like the e95ZR. Am I correct that this will fit my Hyundai? Towing a small travel trailer.

Yes, you are correct that the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver, # e95ZR will fit your 2022 Hyundai Palisade. This is a great choice and one that I recommend. This is a Class III hitch with a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs. and a max GTW when used with weight distribution: 6,000 lbs. The max tongue weight is 750 lbs. with or without a WDS.

As for a weight distribution system, the correct choice is determined by the total tongue weight of your setup. Total tongue weight being the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to go travel trailer plus the weight of any items inside your Palisade's cargo area. Using a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 is the easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement but there are other options outlined in the included help article.

Ideally you want the total tongue weight of your setup to fall as close as possible to the middle of the working range of the system you select. I recommend the Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET, if you discover that your TW is between 200-600lbs.
