Adjustable aluminum hitch with a 8" drop, designed for heavy-duty towing with a 2.5" receiver and a dual ball mount that flips between 2" and 2-5/16" sizes.
Different trailer tongue heights can leave your trailer sitting nose-high or nose-low. The adjustable drop bar provides 8" of drop or rise with 1" adjustment increments, giving you specific height positions to work with as trailer height changes. Your trailer can be set closer to level before you head out.
Moving between trailers with different coupler sizes usually means changing the connection setup. The dual ball mount flips between 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls, keeping both confirmed ball sizes on the same mount. Your setup can move from one supported ball size to the other by flipping the ball mount.
Heavy-duty towing puts the hitch rating high on the priority list. This mount is rated for 20,000 lbs gross towing weight and 2,000 lbs maximum tongue weight, giving your towing setup defined limits for higher-capacity loads. You can match your planned load against those ratings before towing.
An exposed ball mount can remain behind your vehicle after the trailer is disconnected. The stow-away function positions the ball mount under the receiver when it's not in use. Your ball mount stays tucked underneath until the next hookup.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Trimax Razor Ultra Max adjustable aluminum two ball mount for your two and a half inch trailer hitch receiver. Now this is an adjustable drop hitch, which means that you're gonna be able to fine tune the height of your trailer connection. So everything is going to stay level while towing. This is going to give you about eight inches of drop in this orientation, and then when you flip this around, eight inches of rise, and you're gonna be able to adjust it in one inch increments. So it's gonna be really easy to dial in the exact height that you're looking for.
Of course, aluminum is much wider than steel, so this has, this is gonna be a lot easier to handle when you're installing it, adjusting the height, or taking it on and off of your vehicle. That can make a big difference if you're moving it around or you just don't want to deal with a heavy hitch. And another benefit of aluminum is going to be the corrosion resistance. Aluminum doesn't rust like steel can, so it tends to hold up better over time, especially if you're in areas with a lot of rain, snow, or road salt. So what I'm showing you here is just how easy this is going to be to get the height adjustment that you're looking for or to swap out the ball.
I swapped from the two inch to the two and five-sixteenth inch. Now, I also wanted to show you that when you're not using this, this does have the ability to stow just like that as well. Of course, you will wanna replace the pin in the clip, but this is great, because when you're not using this, you can get the ball platform out of the way. So when you walk behind your truck, you're not gonna accidentally bang your shin up. So again, stowing, getting that height adjustment, changing out the ball, all that is going to be very simple.
I'm gonna try to line up my holes here so it stays somewhat level on my table here. Now this is going to, as I mentioned, slide into your two and a half inch trailer hitch receiver. This is rated for up to 20,000 pounds of towing capacity and 2000 pounds of tongue weight. So this can handle most heavy duty towing jobs that you throw at it. And then just to kind of give you an idea of the size, let me go ahead and give you some measurements.
So measuring from the center of the first hitch pin hole to the center of the ball, about nine and a half inches. From the second hitch pin hole to the center of the ball, about 10 and a half inches. And then from the center of the second hitch pin hole to the end of the shank, about one and three quarters inches. So again, this is, this aluminum is gonna be a great option if you're worried about being in areas where corrosion and rust could be an issue, but it's gonna be lightweight, yet, very durable, very strong. We do have other options available, whether you're looking for steel or aluminum or different drop rise heights or even different hitch receiver sizes as well. We have all that here at etrailer. I think it's gonna wrap up our look. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
