Jensen AWM910 Radio Buttons Not Working Even After Resetting Multiple Times

Question:
On my Jensen awm910 the buttons dont work, I have reset it several times, still no change, it only turns on and off.... what do I do?

I reached out to Jensen and they informed me that there are not parts available for the Jensen AWM910, and if the buttons are no longer responsive and a reset does not work, then you will need to replace the unit.
The Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A is the recommended replacement from the manufacturer, however, the harness' are different. You would need cut and splice into the provided new connector. The size and functionality is the same as the AWM910.
