The ceiling garnishes like the MaxxAir Maxxfan RV Roof Vent - White item # MA54FR you were looking at are universal. So long as you have the standard 14"x14" opening for your MaxxAir 4501k this garnish will be able to fit. It may require some trimming to match your ceiling depth.

Thanks Jerred for your help. My garnish ring is 16 1/4 x 16 1/4 from outside edges and the inside edge is approximately 13 1/2 x 13 1/2 . This measurement is installed and looking at the ceiling. Will the MA54FR still work? Thanks again
