Question:
I’m looking for a 2 bike hitch rack that will fit the 8D Townie Go ebike and Schwinn with fenders, step through, and battery on step through bar. Please let me know if you can find one that works with this bike and tilts too. It needs to fit on a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Been looking to no avail.

Well look no further! We have exactly what you're needing! Thanks for sending in those photos - it takes a LOT of the guesswork out of what bike rack to recommend.
For your application I recommend going with either the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR or the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202. Both of these bike racks are premium options that are designed for use with premium bikes like what you have. They are rated for e-Bikes, use ramps for easy loading, and have an adjustable clamping system that goes over the frame of the bike instead of an arm for the front tires.
The main difference between these 2 racks is the price and the size. The EasyFold XT has a higher price-point but it can also be folded up into a suitcase-like configuration and it has wheels so it'll be a lot easier to move around and find a storage spot for. The EasyFold XT comes with locks for the bikes and bike rack while the OnRamp comes with a cable lock for the bikes but you'll need to add the HitchLock # Y07235 to lock the rack to your Tucson. Also, the EasyFold XT can fit both 1-1/4" and 2" hitches while the OnRamp I mentioned above only fits a 2" hitch - you'll need part # Y96FR if you only have a Class II 1-1/4" hitch.
I personally like the design of the OnRamp more because I feel like the bikes have a little more room to breathe.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch then I highly recommend the Draw-Tite # 75836 which has a hidden crosstube, doesn't require a stabilizer strap for bike racks, and will fit your 2019 Hyundai Tucson unless you have the Night Edition with dual exhaust tips.
