Question:
Can you please provide a video how to identify and remove the front stake cutouts that are covered in order to install the fastrac mount? Thanks

We do have a video showing how we cut out the stake pockets so that a Thule TracRac SR can be installed. If you check out the linked installation video at the 0:50 minute mark you can see how we did this using a rotary tool. We did this at the rear stake pocket location on a 2008 Ford F-150 but it will be the same process on the front pockets as well.
If your 2019 Ford F-150 has a short bed 5-1/2' bed you'll need the TracRac SR # TH43002XT-508, for a 6-1/2' bed you'll need part # TH43002XT-501 but if it's the 8' bed you'll need part # TH43002XT-000.
