For the B and W Tow and Stow Ball Mounts like the part # BWTS30040B that you referenced we do have lock sets that lock the platform and the hitch pin and use all the same key with the part # 34061775-D. This fits the Tow and Stow models that fit 2 inch and 2-1/2 inch hitches.
