You are correct that the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC2028 won't fit 275/70/18 size tires - instead you'll want to use the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC3029.
Please note that cables don't really do much to provide traction. Basically they are a cost-effective way to stay street-legal in places where chains are required. If you're needing chains that provide traction then I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2533 which comes with square links that will chew into the ground much better than cables will.
Always be sure to check your owner's manual for any instructions on how to safely use chains on your vehicle.
