For the correct fitment of the B&W Companion hitch for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500HD (8-ft. bed) with OEM prep, those models are the # BWRVK3710 (20K) or the # BWRVK3715 (25K). The great thing about using the Companion 5th-wheel hitches on your truck is that they do not require adapter plates in order to install. You simply install the legs into the puck system. The hitches also come with three different height settings to customize your height needs while towing.
