i have a 2019 heartland wilderness travel trailor with dexter easy lube fittings. If i use my lube /grease gun and fill with lube does this fill all bearings and pin on the one im filling and how often should i repeat this process.

The spindle on your Dexter axle is going to be similar to the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle # TRU74FR in the image below. You can see there is a hole in the spindle where the grease will push through into your inner bearing. From there it will move along the spindle to the outer bearing where you will see the grease begin to push out the bearing and fill the grease cap. When filling you will want to turn the hub to ensure grease gets pushed through the entire inner bearing. This process should be completed every 12 months or 12,000 miles according to Dexter.
You will want to use a standard Grease Gun # L30416. Be sure to not use a pneumatic grease gun as it could push grease to fast and blow out the rear seal rather than through the bearings. Also be sure to use a compatible Grease # DX64TR as not all grease is formulated the same.
