Sounds like you are looking for the tallest fifth wheel hitch to fit the OEM rail kit of your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 which would be the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3715 for a 25k hitch or the # BWRVK3705 for a 20k option.
This hitch is adjustable from 16-3/4" - 18-3/4" in height.
