The Buyers Products Hitch Extender w/ Step # 3371804015 is a 12" hitch extender that is rated for 1/3rd less than the receivers weight rating. Since the weight rating is based on the receiver capacity it will depend on your receiver but no other extender will carry the amount of weight that this is rated for. The other 12" extenders are limited to a maximum weight of either 3,500lbs or 4,000lbs trailer weight. So you will need to find the weight rating of your receiver on your vehicle and reduce that by 1/3rd to find the maximum weight rating of the Extender on your vehicle.
