Availability of Black Rubber Wheel Holder for Swagman Bike Rack Strap

Question:

Look for the part number to the black rubber holder that goes inside the black strap to hold down the bike rim to the gray rear tray please.

Hello Julian; it sounds like you're referring to the black piece that is attached to the wheel strap # SP494 you were looking at. See the picture below. This is only available with the wheel strap so you will need to order the replacement strap to get this part.
