Question:

S64029 anti rattle hitch pin.. Where do the two washers go? and does it matter where each on of the two are placed? Open vs closed. The video doesnt explain to a person without a clue.

The Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029 comes with both the flat washer and the lock washer. I recommend putting the split lock washer on first and then the flat washer then insert the pin into the hitch. This will allow the split lock washer to compress flat to keep the bolt tight while protecting your hitch receiver from damage from the washer digging into the powder coat finish. The lock cylinder will connect to the opposite side of the hitch pin bolt and will secure when you remove the key.
