Question:

I lost one of the wheel trays on my Swagman G10 2 bike rack and looking for a replacement part. Little confused about reference to Right vs Left as per their orientation. Can you tell me which one to get based on the attached picture.

Based on your photo you provided, it looks like you have your current wheel holders installed backwards. The 'high' side of each holder should angle up towards the center mast of the bike rack, while yours appear to be the opposite. On each cradle, the adjuster knob should face away from the vehicle. Based on this, the passenger side holder on the rail closest to the vehicle should be swapped to the driver's side of the rail, and the missing wheel holder would be the passenger side, or the right side holder, which is part # G1025.

I'll provide a photo showing how the holders should be installed on the rack.
