Install Video for Draw Tite Trailer Hitch that Fits 2010 Hyundai Accent

Question:
I bought the hitch for my 2010 Hyundai accent and am not sure how to get the bolts through the frame since there is only 1 hole and no way to reach around with other hand to secure the nut and bolt. any help appreciated
