Can I use these carriers to get two 29 inch wide kayaks on my 2019 Subaru Outback with factory rails and crossbars?

The Yakima Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # Y04083-04082 that you referenced is a fit for the factory crossbars of your 2019 Subaru Outback. Two of these racks would easily fit but it might be challenging to get the two kayaks next to each other since your bars are not super long. Another solution that would work great is the Thule Compass part # TH890000 which can easily fit two 29 inch kayaks and would also fit well on your Subaru bars. Due to it's design it wouldn't be challenging to fit both kayaks since they attach to either side of the carrier.
