Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88204 will work with your vehicle if it is lifted but you are going to need spacers.
To determine the size of spacer you need you'll need too measure the attachment points for the upper and lower brackets of the system. You may consider mounting the upper and lower brackets first to get the most accurate measurement. Then, measure the distance between the two and subtract the working space for the airbag.
We currently offer two available spacers for this kit, the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL # AL52460 for 6" and the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL # AL52420.
