Question:

I have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma that I added a hitch to already but I realize now that I need wiring for my trailer lights. What wiring harness do you recommend? This should be all I need for now but if I want to upgrade to a 7-way later on what will I need for that? Thank you.

For a 4-way wiring harness for your 2022 Toyota Tacoma I recommend the Tekonsha Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56349. This wiring harness plugs into existing wiring located behind the tail lights and will give you the connection you need to power your trailer's signal lights.
