Hi, i noticed the was no specific trim option listing for the 2022 Sorento Plug in hybrid PHEV, SX prestige in this case, does the item fit the same on the plug in hybrid also? Thanks.

The Curt # C34ER is designed to fit all versions of Kia Sorento in the 2022 model year, it will have no problem fitting your PHEV model in SX-Prestige trim. We haven't had the opportunity to install one of these on a 2022 as of yet, but I did include an install video we did on a 2021 for you to check out.
If you are planning on towing, I can also recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat # TK26FR. Though you will need to run a wire up to the battery for needed power, this is a plug and play harness and will be a very quick and easy install.
