What parts do I need to flat tow a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with a factory steel bumper?

If you have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler (with the factory steel bumper), you will first need a base plate installed. I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521453-5. The Direct-Connect kit has a streamlined design that creates supremely clean look. Once the base plate is installed, you will need the Replacement Base Pins with Chains and Clips for Roadmaster Tow Bars # RM-910029 in order to mount the next important component: the tow bar.
For the tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch # RM-520 along with the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643. The Falcon 2 has a 6,000 pound weight capacity and includes extra long telescoping arms that allow for better maneuverability and easier towing. It also includes self-lubricating nylon bushings that help eliminate friction between the inner and out arms for a longer-lasting and more efficient system.
When flat-towing your 2021 Jeep Wrangler, you also need extra braking power. The Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. The Stay-IN-Play DUO system will give your vehicle a Supplemental braking system that applies your Wrangler's brakes in proportion to braking action of your RV. With the braking system, you need the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400. This will ensure that your your towed vehicle's turn signals flash in tandem with the RV's signals. As far as other additional wiring, you will need the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247 to connect all brake light/turn signal functionality to your Wrangler during tow.
