I have a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The air conditioner lines are in the way. Do I install the hitch under the A/C lines?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75579 should not be installed underneath the AC lines of your 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan as they would be between the hitch and frame rail and get damaged. They can be installed over the AC lines, but you will want to use the included plastic loom and put it over the AC line in your '19 Grand Caravan.
